One of three special Grade II listed barn Lodge conversions, on a 700-acre farm in Plaish, Shropshire. Plenty of character, with a woodburner, exposed beams, lovely country views and indoor swimming pool perfect for large groups staycations.

This property can be linked to another property by a soundproof interconnecting door to provide an extra 6 bedrooms – perfect for a family reunion or celebration.

The onsite indoor 20-metre bespoke infinity heated pool, fully equipped gym/relaxation area and integrated hot tub shown in the images is available for private bookings during your stay and is subject to an additional charge. For example: a group of 5 people will cost £65 for an exclusive 90 minute session (no under 4’s for safety and insurance rules). These facilities can be booked directly with the owner prior to or during your stay at www.plaishparkleisure.co.uk. There are ample 90-minute sessions available 7 days a week. Please bring your own towels for use of swimming pool.

The other onsite communal facilities are all free (Tennis court, pedal go-karts, children’s play area, sand pit, woodland farm animal walk, farm walk and lakes, two games rooms with table tennis, pool table and table football)

These properties are heated by an award-winning, sustainable renewable biomass system using timber from the farm. All guests have use of a full-size tennis court, a children’s play area, ride on go-karts, two games rooms and the owners’ grounds, including a private 1.5 mile farm and woodland walk, conservation area with natural pools and picnic area, and an abundance of wildlife, plus the chance to feed the chickens and pigs. The cottages are perfect for a wedding reception or celebration; as well as sleeping 38, Plaish Park Farm Cottages can cater for parties up to 100 with the option of marquees in the gardens. Central to all of Shropshire’s attractions and with the recent addition of an onsite luxury indoor bespoke infinity pool and gym available for private hire, these quality Shropshire cottages are a superb location all year round.
